Our planned delivery area covers US states and Washington, DC, excluding New York State. US territories and military addresses are not supported yet. Your assistant can check supported states through our shipping-coverage API. This preview only simulates mailing.
Muse helps with creative ideas, images, and words. Mail This stores your choices and produces the exact card preview, price, and order status. Our connector API and hosted preview flow are available for testing; directory availability depends on Meta’s review.
Mail This is currently a working preview and checkout sandbox. You can try the complete flow, but sandbox orders do not charge money or send physical mail. Join the early-access list for the launch update.
Yes. The connector accepts JPEG, PNG, and WebP images and exact message text. Wording is typeset separately from the image, so your approved message does not depend on text generated inside a picture.
Yes. You review the front, inside, and back, plus the recipient address, complete total, and estimated delivery range. A change to the card or delivery details requires a new approval.
The current sandbox price is $9.99 for one 5 × 7 folded greeting card, an envelope, and domestic postage. This is a launch pricing target. Live pricing and any applicable tax will be confirmed before launch and shown before purchase.
No. The current experience shows an estimated arrival range. We will only offer guaranteed delivery if a fulfillment provider explicitly supports it.
